Our integrated manufacturing processes provide us enormous competitive advantages in terms of maintaining quality and effectiveness of the products we manufacture. Our manufacturing facility is certified with ISO 9001:2015 &, ISO 14001:2015 for development and manufacturing of agrochemical formulations such as Soil Fertility Enhancers, Weedicides, Insecticides, Herbicides, Fungicides, Biological products, Fertilizers and Public Health products.

INFRASTRUCTURE

We have set up an integrated manufacturing facility at Vatva GIDC Estate, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, which is divided in the area of 60,000 Sq. Feet & comprises of 3 units with 1 dedicated specially for Weedicides & Herbicides. The manufacturing unit is very strategically located with ease of logistics availability, which gives us the flexibility to produce various molecules.

Not only we have multiple products but we have a setup to formulate
different types of formulations such as:

1) Emulsifiable Concentrate (EC)
2) Solution / Concentrated Sol’n (S, C, or LC)
3) Flowable (F or L)
4) Invert Emulsion
5) Dust (D)
6) Granule (G)
7) Wettable Powder (W or WP)
8) Water-Dispersible Granule (WDG)
9) Water-Soluble Powder (or “Granule”) (SP or WSP)

With the help of such setup we proudly can formulate the following capacity per day:

1) 8000-10000 Ltr of Liquid Products
2) 5000 Kg of Soluble / Wettable Powder
3) 2000 Kg of WG / SG formulation
4) 35000 Kg of Dusting Powder
5) 5000 Kg of Gr Formulation.
